Tracey L. Hess
Tracey has always had a knack for details and organization but found her passion when she entered the out-of-home industry in 2015. For 10 years, Tracey managed the day-to-day operations of a multi-state billboard plant with 250+ faces, ensuring that everything from sales to art to collections ran with precision movement. Broadening her freelance practice in 2019, Tracey gained vast experience in the trenches of OOH plant operation with numerous independent billboard owners and operators across the nation. From 2023-2025, Tracey led
redevelopment of the billboard management software, SignDash, tripling the number of subscribers
and quadrupling revenue during that time. In 2026, Tracey co-founded ElevateOOH™ to bring intuitive OOH CRM and inventory management software to the market.
With a B.A. in Communications and over fifteen years of prior career experience in Administration and Management before OOH, Tracey embodies a get-it-done working style.

Chad B. Hess
Chad worked as a trial attorney representing businesses and professionals for nearly twenty-five years before joining Brown Dog. That experience provided him with a vivid understanding of how to best communicate the message. Armed with a B.A. in Business Administration & Management and his law degree, as well as decades of experience selling clients' messages in the courtroom, Chad heads up Brown Dog's Graphic Design services.
